Electrical Supply Problems
It looks as if the folks are having trouble getting through to the electricity supplier. They have a credit key, and it's started malfunctioning so they can't credit up their meter.
Right now, their credit is running low, and the damned phone number they give is one of those stupid automated service ones that Dad has ZERO patience for.
And do you know what he's told me to do? Stop using my laptop.
Never mind that the electric fire requires ten times as much power to run.
I hate it when a week starts like this.
Edit: That problem has been sorted. Dad's finally got the electricity key to work, so hopefully he should be able to resume charging up his pre pay meter at last.
