Hmm, I wonder. It does rather have the whiff of an urban legend about it, almost a variation on the well-known 'man hires prostitute who turns out to be his daughter' one.
'Polish tabloid' doesn't inspire me with a great deal of confidence either - although I doubt that Polish tabloids are any better or worse than their counterparts in other countries.
