H'mm. Thought that separating them would make a difference,and they'd be centered within the image.

I just worked it out. It's the Notepad layout of my LJ that's to blame. In the default LJ behind the cut layout, it looks okay.

*shrug* Ah well. Time to start shoving them behind the cut, then.
