Recently, White Wolf released a new Hunter: the Vigil sourcebook, Compacts and Conspiracies. You can either buy the whole book as one big PDF, or buy each compact or conspiracy separately.
DriveThruRPG has samplers for each of the twelve core rulebook orgs and the whole of the intro fiction. And you can find the major spoiler for Task Force: VALKYRIE in the little sampler.
Vampires run and fund VALKYRIE right at the top.
Amid the outrage from a vociferous minority on the WW Vigil forum, I've been doing my bit to present the other point of view, playing Kindred's Advocate so to speak.
