I'm not saying that there isn't truth to it. What I am saying is that I think it depends on the group of men and women. I've been in plenty of groups made up of men and women where nothing gets done because they're too distracted with flirting with each other, and my trying to keep them on track for the task doesn't work. I just don't think all groups can be determined all the time by gender.
