I found myself having to translate an old saying into tlhIngan Hol, and I thought i'd share with you:-

mu' nugh vIQoy'DI' nuHwIjvaD vISIch

It actually works for the other way around, too, though Klingons probably wouldn't get the joke:

mu' nuH vIQoy'DI' nughwIjvaD vISIch
