Like the Fool, they're so busy daydreaming of what might be that they're ignoring what is. They're about to fall right off a cliff. It's time for them to listen to that watchful little dog, which might be a concerned friend, a wise tarot reader, or just their instincts.

As a card, the Fool ultimately stands for a new start. When it turns one is usually about to make a move, not just to a new home, but new job, or a new life. There's more than just change, renewal, and a brand new beginning in the Fool, there's also movement, a fresh, exciting new time.

When you see the Fool you must learn to follow your heart’s joys and dreams. You should trust in yourself and be optimistic about the outcomes of risky adventures. Accepting Fate

What better time for a ritual than this very night?

Under a boiling sky, lightning lashing the ground all around me, the thump and baroooom of thunder shaking the windows and the walls, the warm rain striking my saturated head and body so hard it felt like a wave of slaps, I stood right there, barefoot, and accepted my Fate.

That was me you heard, howling loud enough to make the dead run for cover, cries of jubilation drowned out only by the thunder. Nobody was going to upstage the Gods' performance: I was only there to add my voice to the chorus.

What a night to give my new ring and all my ritual accoutrements a thorough cleansing. My sole regret was that, it being a public thoroughfare outside my flat, and there being no private garden area, I had to wear too much clothing.

Skyclad would have been perfect. Ah, well.

Feels like I could animate a corpse right now, just by touching it and letting the charge in me flow into its dead tissues.

Ooh, and the storm ain't done yet. Just posting this now, then signing off again for Act II. Night night. Manchester tomorrow.
