Poetry Compo

A leaflet in the local library advertised a poetry competition. Deadline 29 November.

I have to get a collection of some 20 - 24 poems submitted to the judge of this competition, Simon Armitage, by last post on November 29th. In effect, I'll have to send him a manuscript by about this time next week.

How many fresh, new, original poems do you think I can write between now and next Thursday, then? :) Hint: I now have four to start with, so at least 16 to go ... :)
