I've had to update this post here. That charming little YouTube skit has been pulled. Corporations being all pissy about copyright and all.

Suited them when we were doing the advertising for them.

So now they can go cluck themselves. They don't need me to cluck for them.

I don't see what you doing for them?

The cartoon network are beholden to their stockholders to make money. Someone "taping" their show, and uploading it for others to watch makes them no money. With no money coming in, no shareholders will invest in them. So they have no money. So they have to stop making shows.

On the other hand, viral advertising for a channel of a short clip which makes people think "oh my god, Cartoon Network are brilliant, I must add them to my cable selection and/or buy cartoon network DVDs like the Robot Chicken Star Wars one" is doing a lot for them.
