And here's what happened - next to nothing

Police said a protest by a right-wing group and a counter demonstration by anti-fascist campaigners passed off "without significant incident".

The Welsh Defence League (WDL) demo in Wrexham against Islamic extremism was met by a march by members of Wrexham Communities Against Racism.

North Wales Police said Regent Street was closed for a short time while a demonstration went ahead.

The force said four people were arrested for public order offences.

But police commanders said disruption was kept to a minimum.

Temporary deputy chief constable Ian Shannon said he was pleased with the success of the police operation.

"Our aim had always been to allow the protest to pass peacefully whilst taking into account the rights of the people of Wrexham to go about their normal business," he said.

"I would like to thank them for their patience and understanding for any disruption that was caused.

"People have a right to protest, but our priority is to safeguard the public and maintain order, which I am pleased to say we achieved today."

Yes, it's a misprint in the title of the article. It ought to read "without incident." It'll probably get corrected in due course.

Like I said, La Placa won.

Oh, and "Welsh Defence League?" Not in my name, you bigoted nazi pricks. Not. In. My. Name.

He. WDL. "Widdle." Get a better name. Better yet, get bent.
