fiat_knoxYou know what it's like. Nothing happens for a long time, and then you decide the place needs renovation. So I got down to reworking my Farm Town farm, and now I have some plans for the place.
The stands of the various trees are starting to look ragged, all rows here and there, all of them on the left and reaching round, unfinished. So I think I'll now space them far apart, and as I get new trees I'll insert them between, so gradually the lines will thicken up.
Low cash harvest trees - lemons, oranges, hell apples - I can eventually sell off and dispose of (after one last harvest, of course) and eventually I can think of furnishing the farm with a few more bits and pieces to make the place look like, well, a place.
The aim is to make the place look like a terraced orchard, with stepped terraces of crops lined with arboreal borders, and a central water feature at the bottom.
Once I've got enough cash from one or two more tree harvests, I'll buy another strip of land at the base, ring it with a fence and make it look like a ledge overlooking the central water feature at the bottom. That, maybe, I'll leave to populate with flowers and animals or something.
One can get engrossed in a game. But believe me, this game's just for Thursdays now. I'm going to start imposing similar restrictions on the days I play SuperPoke Pets.
