fiat_knoxToday, I visited my folks' place early, so as to make a morning and afternoon of it. They've got a new coffee percolator that's so easy to use. It produces some of the nicest coffee I have tasted in a long career of coffee consumption. So most of the day was spent trying it out, which explains why I am shaking at the keyboard right now.
Anyway, that wasn't the only highlight of my visit to chez Folks today. just before coming back to town to make my way home, they brought in two boxes. Inside them were these neat portable cabinets made of leatherette. The interiors of these units was made of some smooth black velvetlike material.
They looked lovely, felt nice to the touch.
I called them "Mum's new leather drawers."
It's sometimes the simplest of things that amuse so much ... :-D
