I've been writing pretty intensively on my Fourth Rewrite. I said, around this time last year, that I'd get it finished by the end of 2007. It's almost the end of 2008, and I am still writing.
But that has turned out to be a good thing, because I'm coming up with ideas for this part of the book that I never imagined. I've been coming up with storylines and plots for the tale that I never thought of, and with my laptop to aid me, it's never been easier to write stuff down at any time of the day or night.
I'm making no promises for the year; but I can say that I will get this part of The Fourth Rewrite done now. I've been focusing on Book One for so long, I've almost forgotten that there are two more Books to write up.
So the sooner I can get this damned thing wrapped, now, the better.
Anyways, there you go. Up earlyish tomorrow. I've got some legwork to do in the library. Something to print out; something to scan; and (hopefully) something interesting in the way of adult learning courses I might like to join.
