I really don't have any, except one small niggle.
I wish I'd been a part of writing the last Hunter: the Vigil book. I really had hoped I could've put in a final word or two on that book of the series.
I'm optimistic that should something else come down the lane for me, I'd be willing and able to pick up a pen, or put fingers to keyboard, and write something else for the Wolf.
I'm also waiting for Mongoose to reply to the article I sent them for Signs & Portents magazine: I suspect that they're not going to use it, and I think there's a ton of new stuff pouring in to their slush pile every day from the fans, so these two or three other Traveller articles I've written may not even get used either.
I'm grabbing The Spinward Marches when it hits the bookshelves of Fan Boy 3, hopefully tomorrow. Till then, I'm not writing any new Traveller material for Mongoose.
And if I'm surplus to requirements with either the Wolf or Mongoose, well I'll just continue to be a huge, unrepentant squeeing fanboy like my fellow ubergeeky peers, and concentrate on The Duty, my studies and on writing up my electronic and handwrittengrimoires journals.
I can't allow the fear of obsolescence or redundancy get the better of me. I won't. My best writing years are still ahead of me. I haven't even begun to make my literary mark on the world yet.
