As Tier_Three on a certain RPG forum, I happened to write about last November 5th as being "Happy Putting Effigies Of Tories On The Bonfire And Wishing They Were Real Night!"

And then I got a comment from someone who mentioned that he happens to be a Tory.

Well. Nobody's perfect.

Here's his reply:-

"As a Conservative Party member myself, I hope you are joking, otherwise I'll equally have to wish that my Guy Fawkes effigy was Gordon Brown. No need to bring politics into something that is meant to be a celebration of Britain's survival."

And my reply ...:-

"Throw an effigy of David Cameron, George Osborne, Nick Clegg or Ian Duncan Smith on a bonfire and people would cheer and celebrate. Throw an effigy of Ed Miliband on the bonfire, and most people would go "Who?""

No point in putting all your hopes in the opposition having someone to succeed a lame duck Administration when it is quite clear that the opposition's Great White Hope is lamer and duckier than all of the current Evil Regime put together.

To summarise ...

Let the loss to the country over losing Cameron be denoted by L.

Let the loss to the country over losing Miliband be denoted by M.

Subtract one from the other, and you get

L - M >>> 0

which works for me. And probably would really piss off my colleague on that RPG forum, but in all seriousness, tough. If you're on the side o the people who want to take away all the money from the poor of this country, force them into chain gangs while they themselves live in wealth in a Gods damned theme park for their own amusement ... you are fair game foe me.

Try to talk to us about "Change." Get ready to feel the wrath of "Be Changed."
