Yesterday was, of course, 10 / 01 / 01, a binary date.
Today is 2010 / 01 /02, a palindromic number. I already observed 01:02 on 2010 / 01 / 02; tonight, I will observe 2010 / 01 / 02 20:10.
Later this year, of course, will come the chance to observe 2010 / 20 / 10, or perhaps 2010 / 10 / 20, if you want to be perverse about it.
